Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown super app, seeks a Strategic Finance Lead to drive data‑driven decisions. You’ll partner with executives across commercial and operations to build dynamic financial models, dissect unit economics, and evaluate market expansions.

You will own KPI dashboards and board-level presentations, translating messy data into actionable insights and strategic narratives. With 4–6 years in FP&A or strategic finance in fast-moving consumer/tech environments, you’ll craft complex

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, business finance, or strategic finance within fast-moving consumer/tech/marketplace businesses.
• Ability to build and explain three-statement/DCF models and unit economics.
• Ability to structure messy data into clear, defensible narratives.
• Proven ability to create board-ready slides with concise commentary.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve financial models across budgets, reforecasts, and scenarios.
• Support valuation exercises and business-case analyses for initiatives and investments.
• Analyze unit economics and profitability drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate large, incomplete data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Prepare board and management presentations with clear variance analyses and commentary.
• Partner with commercial, operations, and expansion teams to support decision-making with data.
• Own recurring reporting deliverables (KPIs, dashboards, packs) with high accuracy.
