Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Doha to work closely with business leaders, align people priorities with business objectives and provide strategic HR support.

You will partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management and development, while safeguarding employee relations and compliance with labour laws. Oracle Fusion HCM experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role supporting business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and HR systems.
• Good understanding of labour laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance business priorities with fair people management.
• CIPD/SHRM qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and develop effective HR plans.
• Advise managers on workforce planning, structure and talent requirements.
• Support performance management, employee development and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with recruitment to attract and select talent meeting business needs.
• Support organisational changes to improve engagement and retention.
• Analyse HR data and recommend practical actions for workforce challenges.
