Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a P&C Business Partner – Enablement to align people and organizational strategy with growth across functions in Qatar. You will partner with functional leaders, diagnose talent needs, and translate priorities into actionable people initiatives.

You will shape organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development while leveraging data to drive evidence-based decisions in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in People & Culture / Human Resources with HRBP/People Partner experience.
• Experience in a technology company or high-growth digital business is desirable.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary P&C partner for leaders across P&C, Finance, Strategy & Revenue.
• Translate business priorities into practical people and organizational plans with evidence-based advice.
• Influence succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
