Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a P&C Business Partner – Enablement to partner with HQ and Group functions, translating business priorities into people, organisation and talent strategies. You will work closely with functional leaders to diagnose issues, anticipate talent needs, and help leaders build stronger organisations.

This role requires partnering across P&C, Finance, Strategy & Revenue, with a focus on workforce planning, performance, succession, and retention.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in People & Culture / HR, with HRBP experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a tech/digital business is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary P&C partner for leaders across P&C, Finance, Strategy & Revenue.
• Translate business priorities into practical people, organisation and talent plans.
• Provide evidence-based advice on organization, talent, performance, leadership and workforce decisions.
• Build trusted relationships and challenge leaders constructively when required.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve team effectiveness and succession planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring with broader workforce plans.
