Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a Business Finance Specialist - Tech & Product to act as the finance co-pilot to the GM, partnering primarily with Tech but across Finance, Strategy, Product and Marketing to drive partnerships with restaurants and users. You’ll challenge the commission rate, model the partnership, and tell the P&L story to leadership before they ask.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Strategic Finance.
• Experience supporting Tech, Product, or R&D organizations.
• Knowledge of software capitalization and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP/planning tools; BI tools are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Tech, Product, and R&D leadership on financial planning and strategic decision-making.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for technology functions.
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and investment scenarios for product and technology initiatives.
• Manage software capitalization and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Support financial modeling for new vertical launches and strategic projects.
• Improve reporting, analytics, and cost visibility through automation and BI collaboration.
