Snoonu is looking for a Business Finance Analyst to partner closely with Operations, Customer Experience, and Snoomart teams to support business decisions through financial analysis and performance insights. In this role, you will develop and track key business KPIs, analyze financial and operational performance, build business cases, and help leadership make data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Partner with business teams to define, develop, and monitor financial and operational KPIs.
• Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track business health.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, unit economics, and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support pricing, promotions, new initiatives, and investment decisions through financial analysis and business case development.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to support planning and decision-making.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to improve reporting and business visibility.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and support ad-hoc financial analysis.

The Magic You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or a similar business-facing finance role.
• Experience in Tech, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, or other fast-paced industries is preferred.
• Experience working with business KPIs, dashboards, financial models, and performance analysis.
• Comfortable partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify financial insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
