Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a Finance Planning Analyst to join our FP&A team in Qatar. You’ll work directly with the Head of FP&A and the Commercial team, delivering hands-on execution, analytics, and reporting to empower strategic decisions.

You’ll build and maintain driver-based models, track revenue and margins, run budgeting and forecasting, and translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Experience with TM1/IBM Planning Analytics and BI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A experience.
• Strong grasp of revenue levers, margins, and pricing.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with large datasets.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for non-finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic finance partner to Commercial teams and support decision‑making.
• Own financial performance tracking for revenue growth, pricing, promotions, and margins.
• Define and track commercial KPIs and explain outcomes to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Evaluate new commercial initiatives for financial viability and ROI.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards to inform leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning with revenue focus.
