Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a People Technology & Analytics Manager to shape the technology, data, and analytics foundations for People & Culture across Snoonu Group. You will partner across Finance, BI, Technology, and HR to turn workforce data into actionable talent insights.

This role sits at the intersection of People, Technology, Data, and Business Strategy, reporting to the Chief People & Purpose Officer and helping Snoonu scale globally with robust governance and data literacy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across People Analytics, HR Technology, HRIS, workforce analytics, or related areas.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to the implementation, optimization, or scaling of HR technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of People data models, HR metrics, data governance, and workforce analytics.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business and talent questions into structured analytical problems.
• Experience working cross-functionally with BI/Data, Finance, Technology, Strategy, and HR/P&C.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to move beyond reporting into diagnosis, interpretation, and recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional roadmap for Snoonu's People technology ecosystem, ensuring scalability as the organization grows.
• Lead maintenance, optimization, configuration, and evolution of HR platforms and P&C tech.
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify P&C processes.
• Partner with Technology and vendors on integrations, architecture, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Establish standards for system ownership, data quality, governance, and documentation.
• Build analytical frameworks across workforce composition, health, hiring, retention, cost, and succession.
