Job summary

TAAHEED in Qatar seeks an Organisational Development expert to shape the OD strategy and support senior leaders. You will work with the Director, Chiefs, and Executives to deliver high-impact change across culture, systems and processes to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires graduate-level qualification and senior HR/OD experience, with credibility to contribute to strategic planning and workforce redesign in a large, complex organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate with post-graduate qualification in HR/OD or related field.
• Experience of supporting / managing change in large complex organizations.
• Experience working with senior organizational leaders and their development.
• Significant senior HR/OD experience with credibility for strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the OD strategy.
• Support Directors and executives with OD delivery.
• Drive culture, systems and processes changes to improve organizational performance.
• Lead transformational change including service and workforce redesign.
