Job summary

TAAHEED in Qatar seeks an Organisational Development expert to shape the OD strategy and support senior leaders. You will work with the Director, Chiefs, and Executives to deliver high-impact change across culture, systems and processes to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires graduate-level qualification and senior HR/OD experience, with credibility to contribute to strategic planning and workforce redesign in a large, complex organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate with post-graduate qualification in HR/OD or related field.
• Experience of supporting / managing change in large complex organizations.
• Experience working with senior organizational leaders and their development.
• Significant senior HR/OD experience with credibility for strategic discussions.

Job description

Our client is one of the largest non-profit healthcare providers in the Middle East.

To help with their phenomenal growth, they require an Organisational Development expert who will contribute to the development of the OD strategy and will support the Director, Chiefs, Chief Executives and Corporate and Clinical leaders with its delivery.

The OD strategy will be wide-ranging, seeking short and long term change in culture, systems and processes to improve organizational performance for the benefit of patients and drive leadership and management development.

The ideal candidate will have the following;

Minimum Education: Graduate but preferably post-graduate qualification in any of the following: HR / OD / Occupational Psychology /l Organizational Anthropology or an MBA with subsequent senior level of work experience.

Minimum Experience: Experience of supporting / managing change in large complex organizations.

Experience of working with senior organizational leaders and supporting their development.

Significant senior HR/OD experience with the professional credibility to contribute to high level discussions and strategic planning.

Evidence of working as part of a team to implement transformational change, including service and workforce redesign.
