Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an Organization Development & Workforce Planning Specialist to drive organizational design, strategic workforce planning and job evaluation across QSE. The role combines analysis with execution, maintaining workforce data, building manpower plans, and supporting HR policy development for senior management.

You will develop dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI, monitor Qatarization targets, and ensure alignment with business strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
Certification in job evaluation methodology or CIPD is advantageous.
7–10 years in organization development or workforce planning.
Hands-on experience building annual manpower plans and forecasting headcount.
Practical experience applying a recognized job evaluation methodology.
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; experience building workforce dashboards and reports.
Familiarity with Qatarization requirements and Qatar labor law.

Responsibilities

Organization Design: Review and refine departmental structures; advise on spans of control and layers.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Build and maintain the annual manpower plan and forecast headcount.
Job Evaluation & Banding: Assess positions and manage grade changes within workflows.
People Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI; monitor health indicators.
Policy Support: Research and benchmark HR policies; maintain policy repository with version control.
