Job summary

Cutting Edge Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives across the organization in Doha.

The role focuses on instructional design, adult learning principles, managing budgets, and leveraging LMS and e-learning tools to improve performance and skills.

You will collaborate with leadership and departments, align programs with business goals, and measure impact using assessments and metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and evaluating learning programs aligned with business goals.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Budgeting, resource management and project coordination experience.
• Proficiency with LMS, e-learning tools and virtual training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning and development strategies for the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess needs, identify skill gaps and align initiatives.
• Create and deliver in-person and e-learning programs, courses and workshops.
• Manage the L&D budget and resources for cost-effective learning.
• Support career development, mentorship and performance improvement programs.
• Measure program effectiveness with assessments and metrics and report outcomes.
