Job summary

Qatar Fabrication Company is seeking an OD & Workforce Specialist in Ras Laffan/Doha to lead organizational development initiatives, update job descriptions, and define competency frameworks in alignment with business goals.

The role requires 5–7 years in related roles, including 3–5 years in a similar position, with Oil & Gas exposure preferred. Strong skills in HRM-ERP (SAP), analytics, and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or related field.
• A certification in a relevant discipline (e.g. CIPD, PHR, SPHR, CIR, ACIR) is highly preferred.
• 5-7 years of related experience, with 3-5 years in a similar role; oil & gas exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational development initiatives and update org structures, job descriptions, and competency models.
• Coordinate manpower planning with divisions and support budget development.
• Ensure alignment of competencies with performance management and learning systems.
• Advise management on change and development requirements to meet business objectives.
• Maintain proper records and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
