Confidencial in Qatar is seeking a senior Organizational Development Leader to drive Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Organizational Design aligned with business goals.

You will lead the OD team, monitor KPIs, develop competency frameworks, career paths and workforce planning while engaging stakeholders and delivering strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in Organizational Development.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Performance Management and appraisal cycles.
• Lead Talent Management and Succession Planning programs.
• Develop and maintain Competency Frameworks and career paths.
• Support Organizational Design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness projects.
• Monitor OD KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Lead and develop the OD team.
