Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of L&D programs aligned with business needs.
• Develop and manage competency frameworks, learning paths, and career development plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement learning systems and solutions.
• Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
• Drive employee engagement by designing and executing an annual survey, analyzing feedback, and implementing actions.
• Oversee rewards and recognition initiatives to foster a culture of appreciation.
• Maintain up-to-date job descriptions for all positions aligned with the organizational structure.
