You will collaborate with leadership to refine structures, maintain job descriptions, and support policy execution, analytics, and cross-functional HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to implement organizational design strategies based on business needs
• Review and refine departmental structures to enhance operational effectiveness
• Contribute to structural change initiatives such as reorganizations or role consolidations
• Maintain and update organizational charts and job descriptions aligned with design principles
• Support workforce planning processes and maintain workforce data dashboards
• Develop data visualizations using Excel and Power BI to support insights
• Work with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives
• Ensure safety and QHSE compliance in line with company policies and initiatives
