Responsibilities

• Identify root causes affecting organizational efficiency and provide recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings with Department Managers to discuss reorganizations and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Review and assess change requests and provide detailed analyses using diagnostic tools.
• Create and review KPIs, analytics and reports for workforce planning and organizational issues.
• Prepare and support Qatarization and succession planning activities and strategies.
