Job summary

QNB Group invites applications for a Senior Manager, Organisational Design & Workforce Planning. The role partners with Human Resources and business leaders to design, develop, and deliver solutions that shape people capabilities at team and organisational levels to drive business strategy.

The incumbent will lead job analysis, descriptions and job evaluation, ensuring alignment with group standards and risk requirements across international networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or Banking with at least 8 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of job evaluation, organizational design and change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to design and implement organisational design initiatives.
• Lead OD projects to optimise structures, processes and workforce deployment.
• Ensure quality execution, measurable impact, and alignment with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and standardise job descriptions, qualification requirements and competencies.
• Act as an internal consultant on organisational performance and capability development.
