Job summary

North Oil Company Qatar is seeking an experienced HR leader to head Workforce Planning, Organization Effectiveness, Total Rewards, HR systems and people analytics. You will shape workforce plans and lead compensation programs to support business growth.

As a member of the HR Leadership Team, you will manage budgets, drive data-driven decision making, and ensure governance across 1,000+ employees. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a leading role.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; CIPD preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs for attraction, retention and performance.
• Drive HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting for strategic decision-making.
• Manage manpower budgeting, cost forecasting, and salary review processes.
• Maintain job architecture, evaluation practices, and governance across the organization.
