Job summary

Confidential is seeking an analytical and proactive Organizational Design Analyst to support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and design initiatives in Doha.

You will analyze structures, roles, reporting lines, and data; develop charts and presentations; identify gaps and improvement opportunities; and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in organizational design, workforce planning, HR analytics, or organizational effectiveness.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.
• Proactive, creative, and able to plan and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational design and restructuring projects.
• Analyze organizational structures, roles, reporting lines, and workforce data.
• Develop organizational charts, workforce analyses, and management presentations.
• Identify organizational gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support organizational design recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on organizational effectiveness initiatives.
