Job summary

Gulf Drilling International is seeking a Learning & Development specialist to identify, develop and implement integrated L&D plans aligned with operations and contractual needs in Qatar. The role includes leadership development, Qatarisation, and ethics/compliance training to boost performance and compliance across the organization.

The position involves designing and delivering training programs, managing the LMS, and collaborating with HR business partners and line managers to drive competency

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement integrated L&D plans aligned with operations and client requirements.
• Develop and perform Training Needs Analysis for personnel.
• Design and deliver training programs via classroom, virtual, and on-the-job formats.
• Upload materials to the LMS and maintain training records and reports.
• Collaborate with HRBP and line managers on competency, career ladders and PIPs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and ensure compliance with budgets and governance.
• Support Qatarisation, ethics and compliance training, and learning governance.
