Confidential Organization seeks an experienced professional to lead organizational design, strategic workforce planning and job evaluation across Qatar, ensuring alignment with business strategy. You will maintain workforce data, build the manpower plan, evaluate positions and support policy development, presenting evidence-based recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in job evaluation methodology (Hay, Mercer IPE, Korn Ferry) or CIPD is an advantage.
• 7–10 years in organization development, workforce planning, job evaluation or related HR field.
• Hands-on experience building annual manpower plans and forecasting headcount against business strategy.
• Practical experience applying a recognized job evaluation methodology.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; experience building workforce dashboards and reports.
• Familiarity with Qatarization requirements and Qatar labor law.

Responsibilities

• Organization Design: review and refine departmental structures and maintain org charts.
• Strategic Workforce Planning: build annual manpower plan and analyze workforce data.
• Job Evaluation & Banding: assess positions and manage title changes and grade adjustments.
• People Analytics & Reporting: develop dashboards and report workforce indicators.
• Policy Support: research and benchmark HR policies and maintain policy repository.
