Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development and food cost management.
• Oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of Indian and Nepali dishes.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
