Client of Hudson Manpower is seeking an experienced Sous Chef specialized in Indian cuisine for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar. You will oversee kitchen operations, lead a team, and ensure high standards of quality, hygiene and consistency in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management and has 1–2 years’ Sous Chef experience, with age under 36. The package includes QAR 5,500 per month, free accommodation, transportation, and an annual air ticket.

Responsibilities

Lead kitchen operations and manage Sous Chef team in a fast-paced environment.
