The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Sous Chef in high-volume settings, a culinary degree, and strong leadership with English fluency. Compensation includes accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years experience as Sous Chef or similar in high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine with emphasis on Indian or Pakistani dishes.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of food cost control techniques.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
