Hudson Manpower Inc. is hiring an experienced Sous Chef - Indian Cuisine for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar. You will oversee kitchen operations, ensure consistent food quality, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates hold a hospitality diploma or degree, have 1–2 years in the Sous Chef role, and are under 36 years old. Salary is QAR 5,500 monthly plus one duty meal, free accommodation and transportation, and an annual air ticket.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Sous Chef.
• Age below 36 years.

Responsibilities

• Currently working as a Sous Chef, with at least 1–2 years of experience in the same role.
