Qualifications

• Excellent time-management and ability to work under pressure.
• English communication required; other languages a plus.

Our restaurant in Doha is seeking an experienced and talented Indian Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and a strong background in traditional cooking methods. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic dishes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a creative approach to menu planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes according to established recipes
• Develop new menu items that showcase Indian flavors and ingredients
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure all food preparation areas meet health and safety standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
• Collaborate with restaurant management to create specials or promotions featuring Indian cuisine
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Assist with menu planning, cost control, and portion management

Requirements

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.
