ABB in Qatar is seeking a Service Sales Specialist to drive service sales within the Electrification sector. You’ll focus on Installed Base penetration, promote upgrades, retrofits, and value‑add solutions while building strong customer relationships and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Based onsite in Doha, you will collaborate with the Service Sales Manager, develop plans, generate new opportunities, and represent ABB’s service portfolio at meetings, campaigns, and events, traveling as

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in Service Sales.
• Familiarity with electrical products: circuit breakers, isolators, switchboards.
• Experience with Salesforce tool.
• Valid Qatar driving license.
• Experience in Infrastructure and Utilities market in Qatar.
• Willingness to travel for FATs, trainings, and customer meetings.

In this role you will be responsible for driving service sales process in collaboration with the Service sales manager, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Service Division in Qatar.You will be mainly accountable for:Penetrating into IB, promoting various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customers and ABB.Understanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices, and preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed.Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.Acting as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).Qualifications for the roleYou are familiar with Sales Force tool and have an experience working in the Infrastructure and Utilities market in Qatar.You hold current driving license valid in Qatar.You have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.You have a minimum 1-3 Years of experience in Service Sales.Possess solid understanding with Electrical products such as circuit Breakers, Isolators, Switchboards.Possess sales, communication and communication skillsPossess teamwork, self-motivated and proactive attitude.Ability to travel to attend FAT at the factory, trainings as well as customer meeting.Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
