Job summary

ABB in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Service Sales professional to lead penetration of Installed Base and sell the full service portfolio. You will build long-term customer relationships, identify opportunities, and respond swiftly to customer needs in a dynamic industrial environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop service plans, promote upgrades and digital solutions, and shape pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial service sales, technical sales or business development.
• Proven experience selling motors and/or drives services.
• Experience with government or industrial customers in Qatar and building stakeholder relationships.
• Strong English communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Penetrate Installed Base (IB), promote upgrades, retrofits and value-add solutions.
• Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities.
• Understand channel strategy, price establishment, and sales plan recovery.
• Act as marketer/salesperson for ABB’s service products during campaigns and events.
