Job summary

TP seeks an experienced Senior SAP HCM – HR Process Management professional to lead and optimize SAP HCM processes across Payroll, PA, and OM. You will manage employee master data, HR reporting, and data security while coordinating with HR, IT, payroll, and finance stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience, strong English and Arabic communication skills, and a track record in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA HCM implementations.

Qualifications

• 15 years of hands-on SAP HCM experience required.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
• Experience with Payroll, PA, and OM.
• Extensive experience in employee master data management and HR process management.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA HCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP HCM processes across Payroll, PA, and OM.
• Serve as liaison between HR, IT, payroll, and finance to ensure accurate HR operations.
• Analyze complex HR/system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Provide system testing and enhancements and ensure data security and compliance.
• Deliver HR reporting and data analysis for stakeholders.
