Job summary

GISMIC Doha is seeking a Senior SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Specialist in Doha, Qatar. You will lead implementation and support of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Payroll, with focus on Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and payroll processing within SAP S/4HANA.

The role requires 10+ years of experience and strong HR integrations across banking interfaces and HR transformation projects. Responsibilities include handling system issues, configurations, testing, releases, SIT/UAT support, and close

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of ECP, payroll processing, SAP S/4HANA and HR integrations.

• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Treasury, IT and vendors.
