Job summary

TP seeks an experienced Senior SAP HCM – HR Process Management professional to lead and optimize SAP HCM processes across Payroll, PA, and OM. You will manage employee master data, HR reporting, and data security while coordinating with HR, IT, payroll, and finance stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience, strong English and Arabic communication skills, and a track record in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA HCM implementations.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM – HR Process Management professional with a minimum of 15 years of hands‑on experience in SAP HCM and strong expertise in HR business processes, system administration, troubleshooting, and employee data management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting key SAP HCM processes, including Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), employee master data, and HR reporting. The role requires a strong understanding of both HR processes and SAP HCM functionality, with the ability to analyze complex HR and system issues and provide effective solutions.

The position will serve as a key point of contact between HR, IT, payroll, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant HR operations through SAP.

Required Qualifications
