Job summary

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM – HR Process Management professional with at least 15 years hands-on SAP HCM experience. You will manage Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, employee master data, and HR reporting, serving as the primary liaison between HR, IT, payroll, finance and business stakeholders to ensure compliant HR operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years hands-on experience in SAP HCM / SAP HR
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic communication
• Experience across Payroll, PA, and OM in SAP HCM
• Experience with employee master data management and HR process management
• SAP HCM certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT teams

Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end SAP HCM processes
• Ensure SAP HCM processes align with HR policies and business requirements
• Review, optimize and improve HR processes within SAP
• Provide guidance to HR teams and business users
• Monitor system processes and resolve operational issues
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
• Manage SAP HCM Payroll processes and payroll testing during changes
• Oversee Personnel Administration workflows and employee master data
• Maintain Organizational Management structures and reporting
• Ensure data accuracy and data security in SAP HCM
• Analyze HR and SAP system issues and provide solutions
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and testing
• Develop and maintain HR reports from SAP HCM
• Support stakeholders with reliable HR information
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Coordinate with SAP consultants and IT teams
