Job summary

Estithmar Holding seeks a senior sales leader with a proven track record in structural steel fabrication and GCC market experience to drive revenue growth across the region.

You will lead a high-performing sales team, expand client relationships, and guide business development initiatives while navigating Oil & Gas EPC, commercial and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience with leading structural steel fabrication companies.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior sales management role within the GCC market.
• Proven track record in structural steel fabrication, Oil & Gas EPC projects, commercial and industrial sectors.
• Strong leadership, business development, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.

• Proven track record in structural steel fabrication, Oil & Gas EPC projects, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Strong experience in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry.
• Excellent leadership, business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of market trends, sales strategies, and revenue growth planning.
• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
• Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.
