Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in structural steel, architectural metal works, and fabrication projects
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and industrial clients
• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to promote company capabilities
• Prepare company profiles, technical brochures, and presentations
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and tenders to secure orders
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Close deals and follow up payments
• Monitor market awareness including steel rates and competition
• Review tender documents, specifications, BOQs, and engineering drawings
• Prepare detailed material take-offs from structural and fabrication drawings
• Prepare competitive and accurate cost estimates and commercial proposals

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 7–8 years of experience
• Specialized training in steel fabrication
• Knowledge of cost estimation and BOQ preparation is an added advantage
