Job summary

Estithmar Holding in Qatar is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth in structural steel fabrication and PEB sectors across Qatar and the GCC, building strategic client relationships and securing projects.

The role requires strong technical and commercial expertise in structural steel, with a proven track record in Oil & Gas, industrial and infrastructure projects, and experience with Class A steel fabricators and SAP ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Master's degree is an advantage.
Arabic language proficiency and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in structural steel fabrication and PEB.
Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, developers and project owners.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals with engineering/estimation teams.
Lead client meetings, presentations and negotiations.
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to project award.
