Job summary

Estithmar Holding in Qatar is seeking an experienced Steel Fabrication Engineering Specialist to oversee the entire fabrication process, ensuring conformance to complex drawings and specifications. You will develop efficient fabrication methods to optimize material usage and reduce waste, lead skilled teams, and maintain a safe, productive work environment.

A strong background in welding, metallurgy, and steel properties, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering and GCC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or related field.
• GCC experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in steel fabrication with proven track record.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting complex drawings and CAD models.
• Strong understanding of welding, metallurgy, and steel properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee steel fabrication process per complex drawings and specs.
• Develop and implement efficient fabrication methods to optimize material usage and minimize waste.
• Manage fabrication teams, fostering a safe and productive environment.
• Conduct rigorous quality control from material inspection to final assembly.
