Job summary

Estithmar Holding is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth in structural steel fabrication and PEB sectors in Qatar and the GCC. The role demands deep technical know-how, strategic account management, and a proven track record of securing industrial, commercial, and energy projects.

The candidate should have a strong background with a Class A fabricator and a solid understanding of fabrication, manufacturing, and erection processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering; master's preferred.
• Arabic and English fluency required.
• Minimum 5–10 years in technical sales within structural steel or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities in structural steel fabrication and PEB.
• Build relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with engineering and estimation teams.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to project award.
• Maintain and expand customer portfolio with high satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and forecast sales.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth handover.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to growth.
