Job summary

KONE in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for New Building Solutions. You will lead and develop relationships with strategic customers in the elevator sector, identifying value-added solutions and driving opportunities from initial contact to closure.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in New Equipment Sales within elevators, strong English and Arabic communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset to help maximize orders and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial).
• Minimum 5 years of New Equipment Sales within the Elevator industry preferred.
• Strong English and Arabic communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Doha/Qatar market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships with strategic customers.
• Identify solutions and processes that add value to customers.
• Manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals.
• Maximize KONE’s order book and profitability through effective account management.
