Job summary

Linum Consult’s client in the Middle East seeks a Senior Manager to drive enterprise performance management and transformation in Qatar. You will own the PM cycle end-to-end, design KPI frameworks and reports for the Executive Committee and Board, and lead the transformation portfolio across efficiency, operating models and revenue performance.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in performance management or management consulting, and can present to C-suite audiences in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or similar subject.
• Formal credentials in improvement or change methodologies: Lean, SixSigma, PMP, Prosci, or equivalent.
• 15+ years in performance management, transformation, business improvement, or management consulting, with leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise performance management framework – KPIs, scorecards, executive reporting – in large organisations.
• History leading transformation programs with measurable benefits.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and Board audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate performance management cycle end-to-end: targets, monitoring, quarterly reviews, executive reporting to Board.
• Design and maintain KPI framework; cascade into departmental scorecards with ownership.
• Deliver executive-level diagnostics, variance analysis, and root-cause assessments across key metrics.

Senior Performance & Transformation Manager – Qatar

CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client operates out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead the enterprise performance management and transformation agenda. This is a client-side role and will be based in Qatar.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Owning the corporate performance management cycle end-to-end: setting targets, monitoring, conducting quarterly business reviews, and enterprise-wide reporting to the Executive Committee and Board
• Designing, maintaining, and continuously improving the corporate KPI framework and cascading it into departmental scorecards with clear ownership and accountability
• Delivering executive-level performance diagnostics, variance analysis, and root-cause assessments across revenue, cost, operational, and customer metrics
• Leading the enterprise transformation portfolio: identifying, scoping, prioritising, and sequencing initiatives that improve efficiency, operating models, cost structures, revenue performance, and customer offers and services
• Leading the change management agenda for transformation initiatives: stakeholder engagement, communication, knowledge-sharing workshops, and adoption

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or similar subject
• Formal credentials in improvement or change methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Prosci, or equivalent
• At least 15 years’ experience in performance management, transformation, business improvement, or management consulting, including a meaningful period in a leadership capacity
• Previous experience working for a business consultancy firm
• Demonstrable ownership of an enterprise performance management framework – KPIs, scorecards, business review cycles, and executive reporting – in a large, complex organisation
• History of leading transformation or performance programmes with delivered benefits
• Experienced in preparing and presenting to C-suite and Board audiences, and influencing decisions at that level
• Familiar with performance management and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle EPM, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic
• Candidates currently based in Doha will be given priority, and candidates based in the wider GCC region will be given second priority
