Job summary

Head of Portfolio Management - Arabic & English

We are looking for an exceptional Portfolio Head to join a high-value Program Delivery Office in Doha, Qatar.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced transformation, consulting, programme or portfolio professional who is comfortable operating in complex environments and engaging with senior executives, government entities and diverse stakeholders.

You will play a key role in shaping and driving a major portfolio of strategic initiatives, bringing together multiple workstreams, challenging progress, identifying emerging issues and ensuring that priorities translate into tangible outcomes.

What You Bring

• Strong experience across large-scale transformation, programmes, portfolios or strategic delivery
• Experience working with senior executives and complex stakeholder groups
• Background with a leading consulting firm, government entity, sovereign organisation, major transformation programme or large enterprise
• Exceptional commercial, analytical and problem-solving ability
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence at the highest levels
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant professional certification advantageous
• Strong interest and capability in leveraging AI and emerging technologies
