Job summary

QATAR PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY (QAPCO)Q.P.J.S.C seeks a Performance Management professional in Doha to lead the corporate KPI framework, align KPIs with strategy, and benchmark performance against industry leaders.

You will consolidate department KPIs, manage dashboard updates, validate measurements, and drive monthly and quarterly performance reporting to executives. Minimum 5 years in corporate performance management and a Bachelor’s degree are required; fluency in English is essential.

Performance Management

Prepare and facilitate the corporate KPIs definition revision by reviewing the implications of the strategies initiatives objectives and evaluating the effectiveness of the current corporate KPIs in supporting the overall implementation of strategic objectives to ensure that new corporate KPIs are defined based on latest context learnings from the past Analyze and interpret insights from external internal performance data to support the review and scrutiny of corporate departments financial results operational performance to ensure QAPCO s overall performance is aligned to industry leaders and supports QAPCO s mission vision Plan and execute external market performance benchmarking so that more objective and fact-based comparisons can be made in supporting facilitating the financial operational performance discussions with executive management or department heads Initiate and instruct the department level KPIs definition revision by reviewing the implications of the strategies initiatives objectives evaluating the effectiveness of the current department level KPIs in supporting the overall implementation of strategic objectives and identifying recurring systemic issues on KPI monitoring measurement to ensure that new department level KPIs are defined based on latest context learnings from the past Consolidate the corporate department KPIs together in coming out with KPI charter and review update the corporate department KPI dashboard BSC in order to provide clarity to departments on the corporate department KPIs Validate and ensure quality assurance on KPI measurements across organization from N-1 to N-4 Heads Principal Engineers above Review the KPIs of each leader to ensure consistent transparent and fair measurements Facilitate the entire target setting monitoring activities by analyzing current performance level on dashboard BSC updating current targets based on the new inputs in obtaining approvals and collating performance KPI data on monthly basis in order to have a complete updated KPI dashboard Prepare the monthly quarterly annual performance management report by identifying analyzing anomalies gaps from the KPI dashboard and updating dashboard with RCA finding action plans to close gaps so that performance reviews can be done based on the latest KPI updates Facilitate track the implementation of periodic performance review and action planning within departments in order for the tracking to be consolidated at the corporate level Track the implementation of the action plan check document changes review the KPIs and conduct impact analysis to ensure the desired results are attained

Statement and Reports

Prepare departmental statements and reports timely and accurately to meet QAPCO and department requirements policies and standards

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering.

Minimum Experience:

5 years’ experience in corporate performance management.
