Job summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager Digital Transformation Manager to join a Doha, Qatar based leading organisation. This role shapes and executes the IT strategy, drives digital transformation, and oversees enterprise technology operations across the business.

You will provide strategic technology leadership, manage infrastructure and cybersecurity, oversee ERP and Microsoft 365, partner with vendors, and lead a high-performing IT team to deliver innovative solutions and resilient services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity and IT operations.
• Experience delivering digital transformation and modernization projects.
• Experience with ERP, Microsoft technologies and cloud environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and PM skills.
• Arabic language preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technology leadership and align IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure and operations ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and best practices to protect business systems and data.
• Manage enterprise applications including ERP, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and other business‑critical systems.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
• Lead the adoption of construction technology, AI, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and project delivery.
• Manage IT vendors, technology partners, software licensing, and service providers.
• Ensure IT governance, compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management frameworks are maintained.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets, technology roadmaps, and investment plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
• Demonstrated success in delivering digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization projects.
• Experience managing enterprise applications, ERP systems, Microsoft technologies, and cloud environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Experience working for a large multinational organisation or within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
