Job summary

Employment is seeking a Senior HR Generalist / Executive for the Construction Industry in Doha. The role focuses on managing end-to-end Performance Management cycles, aligning goals, appraisals, and PIPs within a construction-focused HR practice.

The candidate should have 7–10 years in HR, with strong analytics, KPI/OKR knowledge, and advanced Excel skills for dashboards and MIS. GCC/Qatar market experience is preferred, with a broad HR generalist remit and stakeholder partnering.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HR experience with strong focus on Performance Management.
• Experience in end-to-end performance cycles: goal setting, appraisals, calibration, and PIPs.
• Hands-on with Performance Management Systems (PMS tools).
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, competency frameworks, and performance analytics.
• Ability to generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS (advanced Excel skills).
• Experience in HR generalist functions: employee lifecycle, C&B, and HR operations.
