Nair Systems in Qatar seeks a Senior NCR ATM operation consultant to join our frontline support for NCR ATM software and operations. The role focuses on Level 1 analysis, ticketing with NCR SW, and supporting patch deployments in line with SIT/UAT progress.

Joining time frame is 2 weeks (maximum 1 month). You will work on site in Qatar with responsibilities covering logging, incident handling, and technical requests as they arise.

Formación

• Experience analysing ATM software issues and raising NCR support tickets.
• Support for operations projects and production issues.
• Ability to deploy patches and development releases aligned with SIT/UAT progress.
• Document and share logs for incidents and NCR software support cases.
• Complete assigned technical requests promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Level 1 analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM SW support based on analysis and feedback.
• Support operations projects and provide support for operations issues.
• Assist in deployment of patches and development releases, and production fixes per SIT/UAT progress.
• Share logs and findings for incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support.

Skills:

• Perform Level 1 analysis and Raise ticket with NCR ATM SW support based on analysis and feedback
• Supporting operations project and providing support for operations issues
• Supporting in deployment of patches and development releases, and production fixes per SIT/UAT progress
• Sharing logs and findings for incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support
• Completing Tech Requests assigned
