Job summary

Nair Systems in Qatar is seeking a System Administrator to support Qatar operations, perform level 1 analysis, raise NCR ATM SW tickets, and assist in patches, deployments, and production fixes during SIT/UAT progress. The role involves sharing logs and findings with NCR software support and handling tech requests with urgency and teamwork.

Join-timeframe is about 2 weeks to a maximum of 1 month, with on-site responsibilities in Doha or Qatar region, and close collaboration with operations teams

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM SW support based on analysis and feedback
• Supporting operations project and providing support for operations issues
• Supporting in deployment of patches and development releases, and production fixes per SIT/UAT progress
• Sharing logs and findings for incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support
• Completing “Tech Requests” assigned
