Nebras Energy is seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Manager to shape and execute the company’s growth through targeted acquisitions and strategic partnerships. You will develop and refine M&A strategy, screen targets, build financial models, and lead due diligence while coordinating with senior management and external advisers.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience.
• Degree from a reputable university in Economics, Finance, or Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and refinement of the M&A strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify potential acquisition targets or merger partners and conduct initial screening.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses for acquisitions or mergers.
• Coordinate due diligence and negotiations with external advisors.
• Prepare investment proposals and reports for senior management and board review.
• Track KPIs related to M&A activities and post‑merger integration.
