Job summary

Nebras Energy is seeking a senior Asset Management leader to oversee the integration and ongoing operation of renewable energy assets. The role emphasizes strategic budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to environmental and energy regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in related roles, with a minimum of 4 years in progressively responsible management, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields; an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Sustainable Energy or similar required or equivalent.
• MBA preferred for senior leadership track.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles with at least 4 years in progressively responsible management positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and management of advanced technologies across renewable energy assets to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee strategic operation and maintenance of renewable assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage with government bodies, regulators, and industry partners to drive opportunities and compliance.
• Cascade divisional strategy into section plans and coordinate cross-functional alignment.
• Manage performance, development, and motivation of staff to maximize sectional results.
• Prepare and monitor sectional budgets and ensure activities align with approved guidelines.
• Develop and implement policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls.
• Drive continuous improvement of department systems and practices.

Education
