Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Principal IT/Digital in the Energy Practice to lead and shape IT strategies for major energy clients. You will drive transformations, guide architecture and cloud initiatives, and mentor diverse teams across engagements.

The role demands senior leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for delivering high-impact IT solutions for complex business challenges in energy sectors.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in IT consulting or digital transformation.
• Experience in Energy sector (e.g., Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals).
• Track record in IT transformation delivery.
• Expertise in IT/ Digital architecture, cloud, data & AI topics.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent academic degree.
• Excellent English communication skills, Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT/digital transformation projects in the Energy practice.
• Define IT strategies and win buy-in from leadership.
• Coach and manage diverse project teams across client engagements.
• Develop IT architecture concepts and technology solutions.
• Grow the practice area and strengthen BCG Platinion's AI/digital leadership.
