Swan Global is seeking an experienced IT & Digital Transformation Manager to lead technology operations and global digital programs. The role drives IT strategy, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and innovative digital solutions across international offices and construction projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/Engineering or related field.
8–15 years of progressive IT experience.
Minimum 5 years in an IT leadership or management role.
Experience supporting multi-site or international operations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong networking, infrastructure, and systems administration expertise.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Experience implementing and supporting ERP systems.
Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Group's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across all business units.
Develop annual IT budgets, roadmaps, and investment plans.
Evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and performance.
Manage corporate IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud environments, telecommunications, and end-user computing.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems.
Standardize IT infrastructure across international offices and project sites.
Oversee backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity programs.
Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies and security frameworks.
Manage endpoint protection, firewalls, IAM, and network security.
Coordinate penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities.
Lead cyber incident response and recovery efforts.
Support implementation of BIM, digital project controls, mobile reporting, and IoT solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to improve digital project delivery.
Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and workflow automation.
Negotiate software licenses, hardware procurement, and SLAs; manage vendor relations.
Develop IT governance frameworks and ensure ISO27001 and data protection compliance.
Lead and develop the IT team and align with partners.
